Functions

The functions of the EIDO management are:

• Lead, promote, direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of the EIDO
• Represent the EIDO before the governing bodies of the University of Vigo and in whatever instances may be necessary
• Ensure compliance with the objectives and functions of EIDO
• Chair the steering committee and standing committee of EIDO, and implement their decisions
• Propose the appointment of the EIDO secretary to the rector
• To suggest to the rector the appointment of the coordinators of the doctoral programmes, based on proposals from the academic committees of the doctoral programmes
• To inform the EIDO steering committee of the actions taken in the performance of their duties
